We love the addition of the horse and carriage to your Zante wedding photography and video package as it really adds a touch of romance to your wedding story book and film. The ceremony and signing of the register at Vardiola either takes place in the gardens overlooking the sea or at the chapel at the top of the hill. Both are very pretty locations for exchanging your vows.
There is a grass area directly above the beach where the post-wedding photos and fun, as well as evening receptions tend to take place. Alternatively, there is an indoor section to the restaurant where receptions can be held if you prefer.

We have two main suggestions for weddings taking place at Vardiola in Zakynthos. Firstly, bear in mind that it is a garden and your heals may well sink into the grass. You can avoid this by wearing flat shoes, platforms or placing heal caps over your high heels. Secondly, we have noticed that there is often a breeze at Vardiola – especially at the beginning and end of the summer season. We recommend a hair style that is well dressed so you dont have hair blowing into your face during the ceremony or photography session. If not, make sure your bridesmaids have a few hair grips on them just in case you want to make a last minute adjustment.
